In partaking in this promotion, I agree that ICON Films assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration when taking part in this promotion and is not responsible for any technical malfunction that would prohibit uploading my photo. There is a maximum capacity of 5000 photos and ICON Films does not guarantee that all uploaded photos will be used in the Australian home entertainment release of PARANORMAL ACTIVITY. By uploading my photo ICON Films reserves the right to delete any inappropriate or offensive uploaded materials. I acknowledge and agree that ICON Films is not obligated to distribute, release, publicize or otherwise display my photo and information in any manner.
